Commercial Saw Blade Sharpening Built Around Production

Saw blades are the backbone of this shop. We sharpen circular and industrial blades, replace damaged carbide tips, service standing commercial accounts, and accept blades shipped from outside Colorado.

A dull or damaged blade slows a crew down twice: first at the cut, then again when someone has to find a replacement. Rocky Mountain Sharp Shop helps commercial operators keep usable blades in rotation.

“Saw blades. Saw blades by far. The backbone of my company.” — Paul Dudley

What the shop handles

Circular saw blades

Wood-cutting and general-purpose circular blades, priced by tooth count up to 16 inches. Larger blades are evaluated from a photo and a call.

Carbide tip replacement

Chipped or missing teeth can receive new wood, metal-cutting, or nail-cutting carbide tips in addition to sharpening.

Industrial metal-cutting

Heavy-duty blades used for mild steel, stainless, aluminum, and heavy-wall work are evaluated for the right service.

Bunk and chainsaw chain

Bunk chain and chainsaw chain are sharpened in the shop; standard replacement chain can be built to order.

For shops where blade performance affects throughput

Cabinet and millwork shops, pallet operations, metal fabricators, contractors, municipalities, and maintenance teams all depend on predictable cuts. The right question is not simply whether a blade feels dull. It is whether the plate, teeth, carbide, and cut quality still make the blade worth servicing.

Paul described one batch of expensive beveled machine blades that other shops would not take. The customer asked whether Rocky Mountain Sharp Shop could work out a method. The answer was: give us time to evaluate it. The shop sharpened the batch, the customer returned with more, and then brought in other difficult work.

Commercial service options

  • Pickup and delivery: twice-weekly service for current Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley commercial work.
  • Standing schedules: call to discuss the blade types and pace your operation runs.
  • Net 30: available for established commercial accounts.
  • Nationwide shipping: call before shipping so the shop can confirm the blade and return details.
Denver or Cheyenne? The shop is rebuilding service in those markets. Call first to discuss pickup possibilities or the most practical shipping option. No fixed route is promised until the shop confirms it.

Put your blades in front of a sharpener

Tell Paul what your crew runs, how many blades you rotate, and what is happening at the cut. A photo is useful for unusual or oversized work.
